Abertis, interested in purchasing the Israeli satellite group Spacecom
Spacecom's (AMOS) fleet covers North America, especially the East Coast, and the entire African continent, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
In a relevant fact sent to the CNMV, Abertis admits that “some conversations are being carried out regarding the final terms of the offer that could eventually lead to a takeover of Spacecom, without any agreement having been reached at this time.”
If the operation were finally completed, it would represent a strong boost for Abertis in the satellite market since the Spacecom (AMOS) fleet covers North America, especially the East Coast, and the entire African continent, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
