Harman closes an agreement with The Duchossois Group and its subsidiaries to acquire AMX for 365 million dollars (267 and a half million euros).

Harman International Industries has signed an agreement with The Duchossois Group and its subsidiaries to acquire AMX for 365 million dollars (267 and a half million euros). The purchase transaction of this manufacturer and supplier of audio and video automation, control, switching and distribution systems is subject to closing conditions, including applicable regulatory approvals.
