GatesAir, a company specializing in over-the-air transmission solutions for radio and television resulting from the spin-off of Harris, has appointed Bryant Burke as Vice President of Operations. Based in the Quincy, Illinois manufacturing center, Burke will drive company growth through a customer-centric approach, global sourcing, rapid product delivery and enhanced new product development.
Burke will report to Chief Product Officer, Rich Redmond, and will bring a wealth of experience and track record of success in business transformations and global growth initiatives in telecommunications. For Burke, “by ensuring a strong focus on process and standardization, we will achieve the rapid product development and world-class services our clients need to monetize their over-the-air broadcasting businesses.”
For his part, according to Rich Redmond, Burke's vision “and strategy for operational efficiency in the supply chain and rapid development of new products align perfectly with the entrepreneurial spirit that will enable GatesAir to grow and succeed in the future.”
Burke has a BSBA from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as professional certifications in Six Sigma and Supply Chain Management.
