Creanavarra, Higher Design Center, will teach the Master in Video Game Design oriented to Concept Art and 2D and 3D Illustration from October 20, 2014 to June 18, 2015, at the Center's facilities (Larrabide 17-19, Pamplona).
The Master's degree, lasting 600 hours, aims to cover the gap in the training spectrum of digital illustration, in addition to responding to the growing demand from professionals in this field who want to dedicate themselves to the world of video games, animation or cinema. In this sense, it is aimed at graduates, graduates or professionals belonging to the video game sector who want to improve their technique and specialize or acquire new work dynamics to promote themselves in the workplace, as well as those interested and passionate about the world of illustration who wish to acquire new knowledge.
The academic program is divided into 6 modules in which attendees will gradually study Video Game Design oriented towards Concept Art, digital illustration techniques, essential drawing software tools such as Photoshop CS and Manga Studio 5 to work on the concept, Zbrush for digital sculpture (design, conception and development of prototypes for video games), without forgetting an introduction to the market and the working reality of the world of video games, among other topics and basic tools to become a Concept Artist or a 2D or 3D illustrator, and various Master Classes taught by recognized experts and professionals from the world of video games, concept art and illustration.
Creanavarra, aware of the lack of time of some of those interested in studying the Master who are dedicated to professional practice and who are actively working, adapts to their real needs with the possibility of studying individual modules. In this way, one of the novelties of this Master is that those interested in studying a module independently of the complete Master will be able to do so by obtaining a degree certifying the chosen module.
