RTVE sells the mythical Buñuel studies

The promoter Pryconsa is made with Madrid studies for 35.27 million euros.

The real estate plan presented to the Board of Directors of RTVE of December 2012 provided for the sale of a series of “idle” assets of the corporation, as well as the Buñuel studies.

After the board of directors of September 2014, in which a presentation of the Real Estate Plan reviewed, the offer of sale of the studies was again activated, receiving up to eight offers in a closed envelope before a notary by other interested parties.

Now, RTVE after the analysis of the offers has understood that the most advantageous that made by the promoter Pryconsa, for an amount of 35.27 million euros. This offer entails the cash payment of the stipulated quantity and the possibility of occupying the property for up to a year without cost for RTVE.
