Antonio Sevilla Ribas will assume the direction of Content, Channels and Program Production; Gemma Sánchez Pareja will be director of Antenna and Channel Programming; and Carlos González Gálvez, will be in charge of RTVE in Catalonia.

RTVE in Prado del ReyThe Board of Directors has approved the first changes in the leadership of TVE, after the incorporation of Eladio Jareño as director. Jareño has presented to the Council a more efficient structure, which reduces the overall cost of the television area. The changes also aim to achieve greater integration between channels and content, as well as better coordination between programming and audience analysis.

Antonio Sevilla Ribas will be the new director of Content, Channels and Program Production. Sevilla has a master's degree in Audiovisual Business Management from the IE Business School, London International Film School (L.I.F.S.) UK and a degree in Audiovisual Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid. Since 2011, he was director of Fiction Programs at Mediaset España. Between 2006 and 2010 he was Content Director of Magnolia TV, and Content Director of Entertainment Programs. He has also directed numerous television series. Between 2010 and 2011 he was director of New Projects at Plural Entertainment.

For her part, Gemma Sánchez Pareja (Madrid, 1973) will be the new director of Antena and Channel Programming. Sánchez Pareja has a degree in Visual and Auditory Image Sciences. She currently served as director of the Programming Area of ​​TVE and was previously, between 2007 and 2009, deputy director of La 1. Between 1996 and 2007 she was a Programming Technician in the Programming Directorate of Gestevisión Telecinco.

Carlos González Gálvez (Barcelona, ​​1964) will be the new director of RTVE in Catalonia. Since 2013 he was News Director of RTVE Catalonia. Previously, he had held other positions of responsibility, such as head of society and culture at TVE Cataluña, coordinator of Telediarios desde Sant Cugat or editor-in-chief of Teledeporte. He joined TVE in 1987 as a sports journalist. Although he has developed his professional work in almost all areas of television over the last 30 years (news, children's programs, etc.), he has stood out in the sports area, directing and presenting programs such as 'Estadio 2', 'Gol Nord' or 'El Mejor Deporte'. He has been a football narrator in World Cups and Euro Cups and has been part of the Olympic operations in Seoul'88, Barcelona'92 and London'12, all three of which were distinguished with two Ondas Awards.

Studies
