Canon Legria Mini X: a perfect camera for subjective shots
Its bright ultra-wide-angle lens (f/2.8) on the new Canon Legria Mini X allows you to obtain creative frames in small spaces.
Achieving quality creative framing in small spaces is one of the biggest headaches in any director's work. Whether in a short or a film, wanting the audience to feel, from a new perspective, the emotions that a good shot aims to convey, is now easier than ever with the Legria Mini Canon.
With it, and by including a bright ultra-wide-angle lens (f/2.8), it is possible to create Full HD videos that cover the entire scene, thus including complete shots of the actors in the frame. It also allows you to find the most creative angle in corners that are difficult to access for a large camera, such as the rearview mirror or the dashboard of a car, thanks to its compact body and its variable-angle LCD screen with integrated support.
It also allows you to record in fast motion or slow motion, slowing down sequences to 1/4x speed or speeding them up to 4x. On the other hand, with interval recording it is possible to create a time-lapse effect.
Integrated timecode
The camera has integrated time code and a touch screen, with which you can switch from ultra-wide angle to close-up, reducing the field of view to 64°. Although it can be used on a tripod, its image stabilizer, in close-up mode, reduces camcorder shake to achieve stable shots. Videos can be exported in high quality in 24Mbps mp4/AVCHD format or even connected to an external recorder via HDMI.
It has an integrated Wi-Fi connection, so it is possible to operate the Legria Mini X remotely from a smartphone or tablet.
In terms of audio, it has a large integrated stereo microphone with manual adjustments, with which to capture sound sources in impeccable CD quality.
