Molinier will replace François Moreau de Saint Martin, who has joined Orange Business Services (OBS) as vice president of IT industry and key accounts.

Starting next June 15. Paul Molinier will be the new CEO at Viaccess-Orca, a content distribution protection company affiliated with Orange. Molinier will replace François Moreau de Saint Martin, who has joined Orange Business Services (OBS) as vice president of IT industry and key accounts.

Serge Laroye, executive vice president of Orange's content division, said: "Paul Molinier will bring extensive knowledge of the IT and telecommunications industries to our executive team that will be invaluable in accelerating the growth of Viaccess-Orca's business. Pablo's rich experience in business development and strategic alliances will help the company expand, innovate, and address key challenges for its customers, strengthening Viaccess-Orca's position in the market."

Molinier, a graduate of the Polytechnic School of Paris and MBA Insead, has held various executive positions in international technology companies such as Texas Instruments, Siemens, and Telindus, before joining Orange Business Services in 2007.

The new CEO states that "Viaccess-Orca's evolution in the field of content protection, delivery, and discovery solutions in recent years has been quite impressive. The company has great technical and human assets that will be integral to maintaining and even improving its leadership position. I look forward to bringing my own experience to Viaccess-Orca, with the aim of leading the transformation of the customer experience in content services."
