Glookast launches an Avid Isis 1000-designed version of its Gloobox ingestion system

Gloobox Ingester LT is designed to provide users with a means to easily automate and achieve greater efficiency in ingesting XDCAMHD or AVC-Intra files into Isis 1000 or other storage systems.

Glookast has just launched a new version of its file-based ingestion solution, Gloobox Ingester. This new version offers a turnkey solution for entry-level file ingestion, primarily designed to work in conjunction with the new Isis 1000 shared storage from Avid.

Gloobox Ingester LT is designed to provide users with a means to easily automate and achieve greater efficiency in ingesting XDCAMHD or AVC-Intra files into Isis 1000 or other entry-level shared storage systems. It is fully compatible with Isis 1000 and can create files that are compatible with both Avid Media Composer and Adobe Premiere Pro CC. Avid Interplay Production Integration can also be added as an option for Ingester LT.

For facilities that wish to manage all media through integration with third-party asset management software, files created by Ingester LT and their associated metadata are compatible with Cantemo Portal.
