Total normality in following the Champions League on TotalChannel
Contacts with the OTT Customer Service have been reduced by up to 93% compared to the first day.
TotalChannel subscribers were able to follow the fifth matchday of the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League in good conditions on the platform, as was the case in the previous three matchdays. The improvements implemented by the TotalChannel technical team in recent weeks have put an end to the problems that the platform presented on the first day.
Desde Mediapro, propietaria de la plataforma, aseguran que “un hecho que demuestra el buen funcionamiento de TotalChannel es que las incidencias recibidas por el Servicio de Atención al cliente a la plataforma se han reducido hasta en un 93% en esta jornada con respecto a la primera”.
Tras hacer un primer análisis de las incidencias recibidas, éstas fueron debidas a problemas con las claves de acceso o con los dispositivos vinculados, siendo mínimas las relacionadas con la calidad de imagen o referentes a problemas de conexión y acceso a los contenidos.

According to Mediapro, twenty days later none of the entities that claimed to have received multiple complaints have sent TotalChannel a report of incidents or complaints about the OTT service.
