GECA will advise the Asian giant SMG to monitor new international content
Shanghai Media Group and GECA are already working together on the analysis of the Chinese conglomerate's content, contributing to the development of strategic operations as a bridge between the West and the East.
GECA (Cabinet of Audiovisual Communication Studies), part of the group Mediapro, continues to expand horizons and explore new markets. A goal that has materialized with the alliance of the Spanish audiovisual consultancy and the Chinese conglomerate Shanghai Media Group (SMG), who from now on will also advise on the monitoring of disruptive international content for the company.
GECA thus supports the international talent search by large Chinese corporations, contributing to the development of strategic operations as a bridge between the West and the East.
SMG (Shanghai Media Group) is one of the largest and most successful conglomerates in China, producer, distributor and owner of numerous radio frequencies, cable and satellite channels, theaters and present in areas such as IPTV, New Media, e-commerce and online gaming, among other sectors, in which it generates a broad media ecosystem. With this agreement, GECA opens a new market, which adds to those already created by the audiovisual consulting firm in Europe and Latin America.
