I-Movix shows off its new Ultra Slow Motion Infinite system in the Barça-Madrid “Clásico”
This solution combines great scalability with trigger-less operation, offering Ultra Slow Motion of up to 1,000 frames per second in Ultra High Definition.
From 25 to 2,600 images per second in HD or up to 1,000 images per second in Ultra High Definition, Infinite is the new proposal from the Belgian I-Movix para Super Slow Motion y Ultra Slow Motion.
Last Saturday, coinciding with the 4K broadcast of the “Clásico” Barcelona FC – Real Madrid by Mediapro, I-Movix deployed its new ultra-slow motion system. This solution combines great scalability with trigger-less operation, being able to record a continuous loop for more than an hour at high frame rates at high resolutions with the possibility of frame-precise speed ramping without compensation or interpolation.

Additionally, the trigger-less workflow allows production teams to review and save live content for later analysis.
The system captures more than an hour of continuous action of high-speed, high-resolution images, thus being able to record an entire sporting event without interruption both locally or remotely via IP.
I-Movix will show Infinite for the first time at NAB 2016.
