Tapas Channel

Tapas Channel was born as the first online thematic channel dedicated to the world of tapas, open, alternative and complementary to the current television offering and for all audiences. It can be received via the Internet, mobile phones, social media, Smart TV and other devices and equipment connected to the Internet.

For the launch, a multi-channel campaign will be carried out in a tone of humor and fun, with the participation of well-known YouTubers, bloggers, Instagrammers and tweeters as influencers, thanks to their naturalness, spontaneity, identification and closeness with viewers and young, cosmopolitan, urban people who enjoy gastronomy, leisure and culture.

Tapas Channel will promote tapas as a cultural, tourist and economic value and as one of the main references of Spanish gastronomy.
The channel aims to arrive in a different way, with a new and current graphic visual line, taking care of the details and betting on mobile, with short and brief formats, which will connect emotionally with experiences that go far beyond the digital environment.

To do this, it will establish new business models that are favorable for all market players, seeking production agreements to generate content that is economically and creatively sustainable. It will promote branded content, brand sponsorships that are integrated into the development of the program itself. The line will open in its initial programming with its own branded content of new production, with dynamic, daring and innovative montages.

Joaquín Ruibérriz de Torres, Executive Producer, states that “Tapas Channel will offer advertisers their own, unique, exclusive and original formats for their production, betting on programming focused on the factual genre, from tapas routes to informative and educational, from gastronomic trips to tapas contests and from docushows to reality shows.”
