AMC Iberia automates its new 4K channel with Marina from Pebble Beach Systems

Data Media has been in charge of integrating this automation solution into one of the first 4K channels to be launched in Spain this fall.

AMC Networks International Iberia, the largest producer of thematic channels in Spain and Portugal, has chosen the Marina automation solution from Pebble Beach for one of the first 4K channels to be launched in Spain this fall.

Headquartered in Madrid, Spain, AMC currently operates a portfolio of 23 television channels, reaching more than 19 million viewers throughout the Iberian Peninsula.

AMC Iberia has a long history working with Pebble Beach, since the implementation of the first generation of the Neptuno automation system to support the company's existing channels. As AMC Iberia prepared the launch of a new 4K channel, it worked with the systems integrator Datos Media Technologies, based in Madrid, and decided to expand its relationship with Pebble Beach by installing the latest generation Marine solution.
