Mediaset España is looking for thirty professionals specializing in advanced analytics, big data and business development
Immersed in a digital transformation process, the audiovisual group launches a talent recruitment process among graduates in computer engineering, mathematics, statistics, business management, marketing and advertising.
Mediaset España has undertaken a human resources development plan with the search for thirty professionals to expand new expansion and digital transformation projects adapted to new market environments and new forms of transversal content consumption.
This process of attracting talent, which is being carried out gradually, will allow the company to continue crossing the borders of television, Internet, cinema and advertising, adapting to the constantly evolving business opportunities that have arisen in parallel with advances in digitalization.
Luis Expósito, director of Human Resources and Services at Mediaset España, highlights that "we have begun this specific search for professionals, some of whom are already part of Mediaset España, the leading company in audience among national television operators and also in video consumption in the online environment both by volume and duration, with Telecinco as the television website with the largest number of users. The strength of this group, whose content has been marking the trends of Spanish audiovisual consumption for years, makes this expansion plan in human resources a great opportunity for professionals with a digital profile, who will accompany us to further adapt our company to the new audiovisual scenarios and emerging technologies, charting the path of digital transformation together with the best.”

Mediaset España currently has a staff of 1,270 workers and according to the latest study by the consulting firm Inversum based on a survey of almost 4,000 professionals, it is one of the ten preferred companies to work alongside large multinational companies based in Spain such as Google, Coca-Cola, Inditex, L'Oreal, Ikea, Banco Santander or BBVA.
Professional profiles
• Graduates in Computer Engineering, Mathematics and Statistics, to carry out projects related to the big data environment and advanced analytics. Newly created positions within the company such as big data architects, data managers and data scientists, as well as others that will reinforce existing areas.
• Graduates in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Marketing and Advertising, with a preferential focus on the digital environment, business development and commercial management in the advertising environment.
