Mediaset is looking for talent to overcome its next technological challenges
Alicia Zamora, human resources director of Mediaset Spain, takes stock of the company's presence in the Job Fair in the Digital Era (FEED), transferring the type of talent that is needed in the media group.
Mediaset Spain participates for the fifth time in FEED to show how its "technological and digital project is at the forefront of the sector. This is what it has highlighted Zamora within the framework of the company's presence at the fair, which has focused its attention on advances in artificial intelligence and that brings together more than 100 important companies with thousands of young talents.
Mediaset Spain has installed a own space to interact with the thousands of candidates in attendance and present the job possibilities that the company offers from a digital and technological point of view, in addition to hosting revitalization actions. In addition, the group has participated in the round table entitled Work in the Digital Age – Hybrid work, online hiring and management, and has organized two conferences: We are interactive: TV (and more), in your hand, in which Sandra Vicente, deputy director of Digital Entertainment Content, has explained how digital tools have changed the way of doing information and entertainment, and The challenge of large companies before the new generations, a talk in which Martha Hernando, director of branded content digital from Publiespaña, has addressed the new rules of the game that the pandemic, technological advances and digitalization have brought with them and that have led companies to adapt to attract new young talent.
Beyond these activities, Zamora has confirmed that Mediaset España is currently “in full sectoral transformation, addressing technological challenges highly innovative, and in the search for committed and qualified talent or with development potential, who shares our vision and is willing to join our international commitment." In this regard, the head of human resources has confirmed that the "analysis, the big data and artificial intelligence” cobran cada vez más relevancia.
