Los codificadores de Sapec unen el Congreso de los Diputados con Torrespaña

Los codificadores AHE6212 y decodificadores AHD6212 de la familia Altum II de Sapec facilitarán la contribución desde el Hemiciclo tanto en SD como en HD.

Televisión Española ha comenzado a emplear los codificadores Altum II de Sapec para las contribuciones entre Torrespaña y el Congreso de los Diputados. La adquisición de estos equipos está enmarcada dentro de la renovación de la infraestructura del Canal del Parlamento y que RTVE ha aprovechado para mejorar sus comunicaciones con el Hemiciclo.

The equipment used in this project is the AHE6212 encoder and AHD6212 decoder models of the Altum II family, an evolution of the Altum family that RTVE already has for its contributions in Regional Centers and other environments.

The equipment chosen by public television allows contributions through ASI and IP and supports MPEG-2 and H.264 algorithms in both SD and HD and 4:2:0/4:2:2. They also have double hot-removable power supplies, which allows them to be replaced in the event of a breakdown without damaging communication or the operation of the equipment.
