French businessmen Anthony Savelli and Vincent Benveniste take over 100% of the company.

Orange's subsidiary, Globecast, has sold all of the shares of Netia to two French businessmen with extensive experience in media: Anthony Savelli and Vincent Benveniste. Netia is a company focused on solutions for radio station automation, management and distribution of audiovisual content. Its solutions are used by more than 20,000 users in 200 installations in more than 40 countries.

These solutions enable content producers and owners to manage content from ingestion to delivery, targeting multi-platform outlets, including Internet, VOD, IPTV services and mobile devices.

The acquisition was carried out through Radio Act SAS, the consulting and services company founded by Savelli and Benveniste.

Both businessmen have more than 25 years of experience in information technology and media and have a track record recognized throughout the sector.

Netia CEO Thierry Gandilhon explained that "now having private owners committed to our roots in the south of France and our core business, will give us the autonomy to focus on a more efficient operation. Our teams have already started a dialogue with several clients and we are confident that they will benefit from this new setup, especially from user experience and lifecycle management points of view."

“Netia tiene gente muy talentosa trabajando con los mejores profesionales de los medios de comunicación en todo el mundo”, dijo Vincent Benveniste, presidente de Radio Act. “Estamos honrados de liderar su desarrollo desde aquí como una organización centrada en el cliente, ágil, creativa y autónoma”, añadió.
