Boing begins recording 'Ben 10 Challenge', a new self-produced contest
Made by La Competencia Producciones, the program takes place on a 1,400-meter set where spectacular shows will take place with a production design by The ATS Team.
Boing, the children's channel of Mediaset España, leader in commercial television, continues its commitment to its own production with Ben 10 Challenge, Cartoon Network contest set in the universe of the famous series presented by David Amor. Made by La Competencia Producciones, this new proposal joins Woala!, a space of humor and magic hosted by illusionists Borja Montón and Mariano Lavida, and Adventure Time: Mission Zuzumba!, which will return to the channel with its second season in the fall.
A spectacular 1,400 meter set hosts the production of Ben 10 Challenge since the end of June. The set is the setting for the filming of the different editions of the program for Spain, Germany, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Poland, Turkey and the Middle East, each of them with their own presenters
and participating teams. The new contest, which will premiere next fall in the different territories on Boing and Cartoon Network, features 480 children and adults who have traveled to Madrid from their countries of origin.
Ben 10 Challenge It also has an impressive production design by The ATS Team, a company based in Los Angeles, a regular collaborator of large operators such as NBC, CBS, ABC and Fox and responsible for the testing of American Ninja Warrior, Big Brother, The Biggest Loser, Top Shot y The Amazing Race, winner of seven Emmy Awards for best prime-time competition reality show.
The contest will give boys and girls between eight and eleven years old, accompanied by an adult, the opportunity to live an adventure set in the universe of Ben 10. Each of the programs will have two teams whose members will assume the role of three of the most emblematic characters of the series: Ben, the young eight-year-old protagonist, his cousin Gwen and his grandfather Max.
Together they will face a series of physical and mental challenges to test their speed, strength and desire for adventure, as well as their knowledge of the series. After completing the three phases of the program, the team with the highest score will have to overcome one last and exciting time trial challenge. Thanks to the use of modern augmented reality technologies, special effects and, of course, the presence of aliens and villains from Ben 10, will become a unique experience for fans of the series.
