Telemadrid launches corporate image and new news programs
The Madrid regional news program will debut headers and a studio with a 21-meter-long video wall. Telemadrid's new corporate image has been conceived by the Catalan agencies Mucho Diseño and Como Screen.
Next Monday, September 18, Telemadrid will go on air with a renewed corporate image that remains faithful to its essence, the star; with a new team of presenters at the helm of the main editions of the Telenews; and with a completely renewed programming and with more hours live from the Ciudad de la Imagen studios.
Santi Acosta, Cristina Ortega and Marta Landín will be the first to premiere the new programming starting at 7:30 a.m. on the 18th with the return of the morning news program Good morning, Madrid. A four-hour live current affairs program in which public service information will coexist with the analysis and debate of the keys of the day, interviews with the protagonists of the information and topics of social interest.
The new information programming from Telemadrid and LaOtra will add more than eight hours of live information throughout the entire day.
At 2:30 p.m., Lourdes Maldonado and Diego Losada premiere on Madrid public television at the head of Telenews 1, the after-dinner news program with the development of the day and with live connections to all points of regional news.
At 8:30 p.m., Javier Gómez and Rocío Delgado take over the information appointment, in a slower informative summary with more time for analysis and reflection on Madrid and national news.
And from 10 p.m., The Circle, in LaOtra, with Ely del Valle and Valentín Ortega. A news program with a current affairs magazine and interviews and with a second part dedicated to analysis and debate around the topics of the day. Silvia Intxaurrondo will be in charge of Telenoticias Fin de Semana.
Los Telenews of Telemadrid also debut their own corporate image, headers and new tunes, and a set with a 21-meter-long video wall.
The new corporate image of Telemadrid, LaOtra and Onda Madrid has been developed by the Catalan creative agencies Mucho Diseño and Como Screen. The proposal presented by these two firms that formed the Temporary Business Union (UTE) has been imposed in a call attended by ten bidders.
The new symbol is an evolution of the previous one and its base colors are red and white. However, the Telemadrid brand has different visual languages so that, without losing consistency, it can be adapted to different positioning and chromatic content.
It is an innovative, dynamic, current, interactive and digital design. A pure graphic design that strengthens Telemadrid's brand image in a 360º positioning.
It is a change in communication strategy in which Madrid residents are the protagonists of the communication feedback of Madrid public television. For this reason, the new network claim of the new Telemadrid is We are for you.
