Next December 15th and 16th, Moncada and Lorenzo participates in the first edition of the MicroSalon AEC España 2017, organized by the Spanish Association of Directors of Photography (AEC) at the Film and Audiovisual School of the Community of Madrid (ECAM), and of which the company is a Protective Member.
With a series of solutions from its range of cinema products, Moncada will present the latest developments in Canon, Litepanels, Teradek, LiteGear, ProSup, Cinema, Sachtler o Cross target, among others.
The new Canon C200, the SERV Pro from Teradek, the CINEO Standard 410 or the Gemini from Litepanels will be present at its stand, number 17, where Moncada will organize a set up with these and other proposals that include the Tango Roller slider and Laptop Dolly from ProSup, the Sachtler Panorama 7+7 and Cine 30 HD tripod systems or plate solutions and follow focus from Chrosziel for cameras. cinema.
Together with its LCA partners (located at stand 16), Moncada will complement its proposal with a large number of LED lighting equipment from LiteGear, Chroma Q or Quasar Science, among others.
Antonio Riestra
Moncada y Lorenzo will be present at the Micro Salón de Antonio Riestra, director of photography of the ASC and ACK (Associations of Directors of Photography of America and the Czech Republic respectively) who will give a talk on Friday the 15th starting at 10:40 in the morning in the ECAM Screening Room.
In it, the cinematographer will talk about the evolution of technology and its influence on current lighting equipment, to the point of being able to create almost anything with them. In a 30-minute presentation, Riestra will discuss topics such as effects, light combinations or currents, and will simulate various situations using LED luminaires from the manufacturer Litepanels.
Riestra has been director of photography for films such as Mother, The last Knights o Bye Black, the latter by Spanish director Agustí Villaronga and which earned him a Goya award for best Cinematography in 2011.
Riestra has more than 30 titles to his credit as a DOP and camera operator that have earned him several nominations in countries such as Canada or the Czech Republic. Living and working between Prague and Los Angeles, he is currently in Spain filming his next film.
