Moncada and Lorenzo obtains ISO 9001 certification

Moncada and Lorenzo, a distribution company of audiovisual solutions for the broadcast, cinema and professional video sectors, already has a certified quality management according to the ISO 9001 standard, certified by I give on Certification.

According to this auditor, “Moncada y Lorenzo meets the requirements of the reference standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015", as this standard is called in Spain. ADOK accredits the effectiveness of Moncada's quality management system, in order to satisfy customer requirements.

Continuous improvement philosophy

“Obtaining ISO 9001 means complying with the commitment reflected in our Quality Policy, based on satisfying the needs of our clients, respecting the integrity and health of our workers and caring for the environment in all our activities,” states the general director of Moncada y Lorenzo, Manuel Canal Sánchez.

ISO 9001 is awarded by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It can be obtained by any organization, of any size, and regardless of its field of activity. It is based on a series of principles that ensure quality in business management; among them, a strong customer orientation, motivation and involvement in correct management or a focus on processes.

According to the issuing entity of this standard, working under this standard helps “assure consumers that they will obtain high quality products and services from companies.” Since November 2018, Moncada y Lorenzo is now one of the million companies certified with this standard in 170 countries.
