AJA ColorBox obtains RED certification

ColorBox AJA has become the first color management and conversion solution to be certified compatible with RED's range of cinema cameras after passing rigorous testing across the entire RED product family to ensure compatibility.

Since its launch last fall, AJA ColorBox has proven to be a valuable color management and conversion solution in all production environments. For live and scripted television, the Compatibility Certification Level RED-CERTFICATION ColorBox covers a wide range of RED cameras and ensures that production professionals can leverage their preferred camera to capture and color correct live footage.

This can be achieved with look-up tables (LUTs) provided by RED using the AJA Color Pipeline or RED Log3G10 processing supported by the optional AJA ColorBox Colorfront license.

A panel of third party hardware control como Skaarhoj o Cyanview permite a los operadores controlar cualquiera de los modos con controles táctiles similares a los disponibles con las cámaras de emisión.
