'Crush' is a blockbuster with a circular set of 1,000 square meters in which special robotic cameras such as traveling cam or skycam are arranged that travel around the studio offering images reminiscent of video games.

Crush

After triumphing in the United States, Italy and France, Spanish Television opens this Friday Crush. The contest, an original idea of Sergio Sancho produced by Mediapro y Phileas Productions, arrives in Spain presented by Juanma López Iturriaga.

Crush It is a television show for the whole family that goes beyond the contest. It is a fun gameshow in which two teams, made up of 4 people and a celebrity, compete for a succulent cash prize: 30,000 euros. These teams are made up of members of the same family or coworkers, even friends who share hobbies or are dedicated to the same business. Pig farmers, a dance teacher and his students, fans of a certain football club, former television contestants, paddle tennis players are some of the criteria that unite these peculiar participants.

Everyone is willing to be “crushed” to get the 30,000 euros final prize that is up for grabs in each edition. To do this, they must choose the correct answers to avoid ending up buried under the giant safes of Crush, the contest where the dough crushes you.

Each week, two well-known characters from the world of television, cinema, music or sports will become contestants accompanying each of the teams. Mario Vaquerizo and Bibiana Fernández, Edu Soto and Secun de la Rosa, the athletes Gemma Mengual and Chema Martínez, or Cayetana Guillén Cuervo and Anabel Alonso, among others, will be some of the celebrities who dare to be buried under Crush's safes.

In the first program, comedians Joaquín Reyes and Goyo Jiménez will accompany the teams from Madrid and Granada. The Madrid team, made up of four operating room nurses, will measure their knowledge and strategy against the Granada team, whose members are the director of a school and three of her teachers.

One of the differentiating notes of the contest is the possibility of returning from 'Limbo', the place where the "crushed" contestants end up. From there, they will be able to cheer on their teammates, opt for the resuscitation wild card to return to the game, and show us what effects the weight of the boxes has on the participants.

Crush

Overproduction

Crush It is a blockbuster with a circular set of 1,000 square meters, 200 people in the audience and 5 safes with heavy metal structures that threaten to fall on participants who choose the wrong answer.

On a 360º set without elements that limit the 100% vision that the public enjoys from the stands and the viewer from home, they are located special robotic cameras such as the traveling cam or the skycam that travel around the set as if it were a football field, offering images that are reminiscent of video games. High technology is also applied to the movement of the safes, which fly over the heads of the contestants until they fall on them in a “controlled” manner.
