Producciones del Barrio, to the rhythm of rap with 'Proyecto Arkano' for TVE

In this new television format, six young people aged 18 or 20 star in this format, hosted by the rapper Arkano, who encourages them to channel their emotions through music.

RTVE in collaboration with Neighborhood Productions are producing Arkano Project, the new television format that delves into the topics and experiences that concern or interest young people with the help of the famous rapper Arkano. It raises a reflection on issues that affect them, proposes an outlet for their fears or concerns through rap and helps establish a new relationship between parents and children.

Rakso, Laia, Bruno, Cristina, Judit and Óscar are the young protagonists of this new format. The cult of image, bullying and violence, machismo, authority and limits, social networks, sex, alcohol and drugs or the future are some of the topics that Arkano will propose to you each week as a reflection.

For a week the program will follow their daily lives and then they will meet again with Arkano to, through a rap workshop, share their concerns, doubts or experiences.

As the third pillar of Arkano Project, the parents of the young people enter the scene, witnesses of their children's reflections through the rap workshop, who discover what they really are and what interests or worries them. All this, with the professional advice of Aina Aguilar, an educator specialized in adolescents, who will give them the keys to improve their relationships.

The program is led by Arkano (also presenter of Urban Rhythm in La 2), world freestyle champion, Guinness record holder and a benchmark in improvisation at an international level. Before these recognitions, he suffered bullying at school and learned to channel his problems through music. A committed artist who is now looking for the opportunity to help and understand other young people.
