This weekend El Clásico will once again face Real Madrid CF and FC Barcelona in LaLiga. Like every year, it becomes one of the most avant-garde televised sports shows of the season with respect to the use of innovative technologies to promote viewers from any corner of the world, a most immersive experience possible. The match will be again produced by Mediapro in 4K-HDR resolution thanks to the 40 cameras located around the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

The viewer will be able to know the details of the match through the new graphics with data developed for Mediacoach, a cutting-edge tool developed by Mediapro, which is used by Spanish coaches to analyze matches even while they are taking place and is also made available to Santiago Solari and Ernesto Valverde. Mediacoach captures all statistical, tactical and performance data making the data available in near real time for coaches to make decisions on the bench.

The viewer will be able to enjoy once again the sound technology, which was included in the broadcast for the first time in El Clásico de ida last October, and which allows you to get into the action as if you were there. This innovative system locates the position of the ball through automatic tracking and activates the microphones that surround the area where the action is located. The spectator can hear what happens on the pitch, every shout, every celebration or every shot on goal, always respecting the privacy of the footballers' conversations on the pitch.

LaLiga deploys all its means to offer the best broadcast to viewers. He 4K-HDR, las 360º Replay, an aerial camera and the system Be The Player, allow El Clásico to be seen in the best quality in 183 countries, through the 88 broadcasters that LaLiga has around the world. In addition, a non-stop international broadcast will take place from two hours before kick-off, until the post-match press conference, to ensure that fans around the world do not miss a second of the action. A total of 40 cameras and 6 super slow cameras following the big stars on the pitch throughout the entire match.

In addition to the 40 4K-HDR production cameras, another 38 5K cameras located around the entire stadium will be responsible for generating 360º volumetric video replays. Replay 360º technology allows a unique perspective, from any angle of the playing field, including being able to see the action from the eyes of the players themselves, thanks to the Be The Player system.

Atrás queda El Clásico de diciembre de 2017 en el que se utilizó por primera vez la tecnología de última generación y es que LaLiga, a la vanguardia de la innovación, ya cuenta con 6 estadios equipados con la tecnología Replay 360º: Camp Nou, el Santiago Bernabéu, el Sánchez-Pizjuán, el Wanda Metropolitano, Mestalla y San Mamés.

The cámara aérea de LaLiga está situada a 21 metros de altura del terreno de juego que ofrece unas imágenes únicas al espectador. Gracias a ella, los aficionados de todo el mundo pueden disfrutar de una espectacular perspectiva del juego y del estadio. Su altura permite giros y mayor velocidad de desplazamiento ofreciendo una singular perspectiva del terreno de juego.

Además de las 40 cámaras 4K-HDR de producción, otras 38 cámaras 5K situadas alrededor de todo el estadio se encargarán de generar las repeticiones en vídeo volumétrico en 360º.
