Ana María Bordas, new vice president of the Television Committee of the European Broadcasting Union

Ana María Bordas, Director of International Projects TVE, has just been elected new vice president of the Television Committee of the European Broadcasting Union (UER). Bordas has been appointed to the position by the EBU Television Assembly, meeting today in Porto to select the new TV Committee with a two-year mandate. 49 member countries of this international organization were present in the vote.
In addition to Ana María Bordas, Markus Sterkiy, from SVT Sweden, has also been elected as president, and Olga Bordeianu from the TRM of Moldova, Nicola Caligiore from RAI (Italy) and Dermon Horan from RTÉ (Ireland), as vice presidents.
