ATM Broadcast adquiere Live! Audiovisual

ATM Broadcast reinforces and diversifies its offer of professional services with this new acquisition, which adds to the recent purchase of stakes in Footters, the Spanish OTT specialized in football.

ATM Broadcast has completed the acquisition of the production unit of Live! Audiovisual, a benchmark in services streaming and production of sporting events.

The integration of Live! professionals and resources Audiovisual will significantly strengthen the ATM Broadcast group, now consolidating its position as a company specialized in providing broadcast and streaming services, as well as the production and distribution of sporting events.

The extensive knowledge and experience of these pioneering professionals in the different streaming solutions that are incorporated into the ATM Broadcast offices in the center of Madrid, which already has excellent connectivity resources and specialized technical equipment, make it possible to improve and complement the ATM Broadcast service offering, adding value in production and transmissions of corporate events through professional streaming, as well as covering the transmission and distribution of different sporting events to both television channels and national and international OTT platforms.
