Broadcast Solutions Group acquires Lithuanian systems integrator TVC

With CEO Ramunas Dirmeikis at the helm, TVC Solutions UAB becomes a 100% subsidiary of the Broadcast Solutions Group.

Broadcast Solutions has completed the purchase of the Lithuanian integrator TVC Solutions UAB. With the general director Ramunas Dirmeikis at the helm will become a 100% subsidiary of the Broadcast Solutions Group.

TVC's areas of interest overlap only slightly with those of Broadcast Solutions and, to a large extent, complement the activities of the German systems integration company. In the Baltic region and CIS countries in particular, Broadcast Solutions is strengthening its presence with the acquisition of TVC, allowing it to offer an even wider range of solutions, as well as further strengthening service and support.

TVC Solutions UAB will act as an independent entity and under its own brand.
