The first Digital Platforms Festival will take place from November 6 to 10

This event aims to give value and recognition among users to new distribution models for audiovisual content produced in Spain.

Beyond the large platforms such as Netflix, HBO, Disney... every day there are more Spanish companies that produce and distribute quality national content. Now, emulating the Film Festival, viewers will be able to see first-hand the wide range of content offered by digital platforms.

The Digital Platforms Festival in Spain is an event whose first edition will take place online November 6 to 10, 2019, for 120 hours in a row on Spanish Video On Demand (VOD) digital platforms.

The objective is to publicize the wide and varied offer of entertainment and cultural content available on Spanish digital platforms.

Spain is the second country in the European Union to launch this initiative to support and promote national audiovisual on-demand services, being able to access content as varied as films, documentaries, magic lantern content, musical concerts, theater or gymnastics during the Digital Platforms Festival, on platforms such as Agile TV, CineClick, Eye to See, GuideDoc, Mujeres de Cine VOD, O Apóstolo, Pliski, Linternauta, GoMusic, Alltheater, Play Theatres, Teatroteca or GymBoCo.
