The Film Academy premieres the Goya Awards spot
It will be broadcast both on TVE and in movie theaters throughout Spain. The spot vindicates the pleasure that it means for Sílvia Abril and Andreu Buenafuente to repeat as hosts of the ceremony.
A couple in a restaurant talks about the Goyas. He asks if she isn't excited to repeat, she answers yes, but that her excitement is "contained." In the middle of the conversation, she, since she is an actress, brings out that illusion. The scene ends when she returns to her food and a woman watching her tells the waiter: “I'll have the same thing as her.”
Like the unforgettable protagonists of When Harry Met Sally, the presenters of the 34th edition of the Goya Awards, Silvia April y Andreu Buenafuente star in the official announcement of the Spanish cinema awards.
The advertisement will be broadcast on TVE from December 23 to January 18. This promotional piece will be followed by a second one, which will also claim the pleasure of repeating themselves as hosts of the ceremony, and which will be on public television from January 19 to 25, the day on which the awards will be presented in Malaga.
Once again, movie theaters will join the great festival of national cinematography by promoting the ceremony from December 27 to January 23. A total of 2,000 cinema screens will broadcast the spot throughout Spain, with the collaboration of FECE (Spanish Cinema Federation). Renfe is also joining this campaign, starting on January 15 on the AVE lines of Malaga, Seville and Barcelona.
