'Father there is no more than one': the highest-grossing Spanish film, exceeding 14 million euros in collection
The film directed and starring Santiago Segura is in sixth place in the TOP 15 of all films released in our country this year, including blockbusters.
Atresmedia Cinema closes 2019 with a successful balance after having achieved the highest grossing Spanish film of 2019, Father there is only one, and overcome the 29 million euros in receipts (29,479,876.10 euros), a result that places it as the box office leader in our country.

The films released by Atresmedia Cine thus represent the 33.6% of the total box office grossed by Spanish productions and 34.3% of the public (5,114,267 spectators) who have seen Spanish cinema in 2019.
Since last February, Atresmedia Cine has been integrated into Atresmedia Studios, thus enhancing its status as a global factory for the creation and exploitation of fiction and entertainment audiovisual content.
Father there is only one has achieved more than 14.2 million euros box office receipts and nearly 2.5 million spectators. For this new year, Atresmedia Cine will continue to strengthen its strategy to continue being the most versatile production company in the industry, with designed premieres and movements that allow us to continue advancing in the development and promotion of our cinema.
As in 2019, all genres, comedy, thriller, drama, horror..., will once again be present in the 2020 titles with 8 films.

In autumn 2020, it will be time for big production The summer we lived, a love story, inspired by real events, directed by Carlos Sedes (Velvet, Fariña) and starring Javier Rey, Blanca Suárez, Carlos Cuevas and Guiomar Puerta.
