Pedro Almodóvar's feature film wins six awards, including best film, and
'La casa de papel' has been the most awarded series with a total of three awards, including best Ibero-American cinematographic miniseries or teleseries.

Spanish production Pain and Glory, of Pedro Almodovar, has turned out to be the great winner of the VII Edition of the Platinum Xcaret Awards with a total of six figurines. The film was the winner of this virtual edition in the categories of best film, direction, screenplay, male performer, original music and editing direction.

The production of El Deseo and El Primer Deseo has been praised as the best Ibero-American fiction film, while the name of its director, Pedro Almodóvar, has been repeated twice as best direction and best script. The renowned filmmaker adds these trophies to the one he obtained in 2017 when he won the Platinum Award for best director for Juliet.
