Robe TE or how to replace an LED module as if it were a lamp
Thanks to the rapid replacement of the LED module, a much longer useful life is guaranteed, which has both economic and ecological benefits.
The technological revolution that has brought about the emergence of TE (Transferable Engine, replaceable LED module) of Robe in the professional lighting industry has marked a milestone in light that defines the roadmap of the Czech firm, distributed in Spain by Entertainment Equipment Supplies (EES), for the development of its future devices.
The launch of the Esprite brought with it the debut of the TE, designed, developed and manufactured by Robe in the Czech Republic, and which allows a fast and economical replacement of the led module “lamp-like” to give an ingenious answer to the longevity of LED equipment performance.
The TE allows you to replace the LED module in just five minutes. In addition, as each LED module has its own unique memory data that remains in it and is easily accessible through Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, it will be enough to place a smartphone near the module to receive information about the serial number, hours of use, the drop in intensity and the devices in which it has been previously used.
Thanks to the rapid replacement of the LED module, a much longer lifespan is guaranteed, which has both economic and ecological benefits, since one LED module only costs the equivalent of two BMFL bulbs.
The technology NFC provides access to module data without having to turn it on (equipment can be left on the shelves) through the ROBE COM mobile application. The application displays the unit type and module RDM UID (S/N); history of the computers on which the module was installed; date/time of transfer of the LED module to another device; and intensity of the LED module in relation to its intensity when it was new.
Also note that Robe has different types of modules for different applications and needs. Furthermore, thanks to this new technology it is possible for devices with different hours of use and lumens to offer the same level of light intensity.
