Brainstorm US appoints Rubén Ruiz executive vice president of sales for the US and Canada

Ruiz brings his extensive experience in marketing and sales acquired by holding senior positions in the industry's main supplier companies.

Brainstorm has appointed Ruben Ruiz as new executive vice president of sales at United States of America and Canada for its subsidiary Brainstorm US. In this role, he will perform key functions that will allow the company to continue driving its sustained growth in the markets of both countries and continue to be one of the preferred providers of virtual set design, real-time 3D graphics, augmented reality and live virtual production solutions.

Rubén Ruiz brings more than twenty years of experience and a track record of great success as a result of applying a wide variety of innovative and effective strategies to drive growth through the distributor network, as well as direct sales. Rubén's most recent position was senior vice president of global sales at NewTek, a position he held for several years after his promotion from vice president of sales in America at the same company. Prior to NewTek, Rubén worked for Avid for many years, holding various positions in different locations.
