Toboggan Studios will operate the MILA Production Center in San Sebastián de los Reyes

The services company consolidates its growth by adding a new production center to join the existing ones in Boadilla del Monte and Fuente El Saz in Madrid, Malaga and Seville.

Toboggan Studios has signed an agreement with the former MILA production center located on Fuerteventura street in the Madrid town of San Sebastian de los Reyes. the center It has an area of ​​6,000m² in total and is distributed in 1,400 m² of set, 2,500 m² of natural exteriors and, the rest, of facilities, offices, dressing rooms, changing rooms, makeup, hairdressing warehouses...

The audiovisual services company plans a comprehensive remodeling of the exploitation center valued at 900,000 euros that will affect the entire structure and will turn it into a totally new space adapted to all types of needs. The renovation will only preserve the structure since it is planned to change floors, ceilings, doors, bathrooms... and a more open and versatile space will be created for its exploitation with new air conditioning, soundproofing and electricity. The project also includes the paving of the exteriors.

The new production center will be operational by the first quarter of the new year 2021. With this new operation Toboboggan Studios consolidates its growth and positions itself as one of the leading service companies, strategically expanding the existing ones in Boadilla del Monte and Fuente El Saz in Madrid, Malaga and Seville.
