Carlos Álvarez founded Arché Media, a bridge between small and medium-sized manufacturers with the Spanish and Portuguese market
Arché Media aims to give the greatest visibility to small and medium-sized brands in the Spanish and Portuguese media industry.
Carlos Alvarez, who has more than twenty years of experience in the sector, having worked as a technical manager at the now defunct Promovisa, and later in the Broadcast Area, focused on management and commercial tasks and business development, has just launched an interesting project: Arché Media.
This business initiative aims to become a bridge between small and medium-sized manufacturers of solutions for the audiovisual and broadcast industry with the Spanish and Portuguese market. While the big brands are sufficiently represented by both integrators and distributors or wholesalers, in the case of smaller manufacturers and developers they do not have it so easy.
In such a competitive world and environment, both the brand itself and the wholesalers and distributors often cannot dedicate enough time and resources to all their products in order to position them adequately within the audiovisual sector. “Therefore, little business is developed for them, leaving empty spaces in the workflows that, if properly filled, could improve production efficiency exponentially,” says Álvarez, founder of Arché Media.
Arché Media's mission will be to help technological brands in the media industry to enter or consolidate in the Spanish and Portuguese market, thereby improving workflows in audiovisual production.
From Madrid and Vigo, Arché Media will operate in both Spain and Portugal working hand in hand with the distribution channel and integrators helping them in the search for innovative, but sometimes unknown, solutions from manufacturers around the world. For its part, for brands, Arché Media aims to be the gateway to a market as attractive as the Iberian one.
