Fastly and Okta Team Up to Offer Identity Protection Against Security and Fraud Risks

Through Fastly's API and web application protection platform and Okta's identity and access management solution, joint customers can benefit from a high level of protection, without impacting the user experience.

The new Risk Ecosystem API by Okta automatically aggregates a continuous stream of real-time attack signals provided by Fastly to assess users' risk level at any time, reducing fraud and security risks. By bringing together risk signals from Okta and Fastly, customers can benefit from deeper authentication validations based on actual user behavior, rather than arbitrary session timeouts.
