Mo-Sys launches VP Pro XR, a media server designed for virtual productions
VP Pro XR, media server multinode created by Mon-Sys and intended for virtual film and television productions based on extended reality, is now available.
The latest hardware and software solution Mon-Sys combines architecture nDisplay multinodo, and VP Pro real-time composer/synchronizer and a new XR tool set.
The launch of VP Pro XR comes after the recent announcement of Cinematic XR Focus of Mon-Sys, a solution that allows you to vary the focus between real and virtual elements on an LED screen intended for virtual productions. The technique, as it could not be otherwise, is integrated into VP Pro XR.
Cinematic XR Keys
VP Pro XR is included in the initiative “Cinematic XR" of Mon-Sys.
Michael Geissler, director general de Mo-Sys, explica cómo su última iniciativa se dirige especialmente al ámbito de los directors of photography: "With our twenty years of experience in film robotics, we can frequently hear what cinematographers and producers think and need. While producers love the concept of end-pixel XR, cinematographers are concerned about image quality, color channel, mixed lighting, and shooting freedom. In response, we launched Cinematic XR. VP Pro and focussers.”
