Harmonic VOS 360

With the aim of expanding cloud video streaming and simplifying emission workflows, Harmonic In IBC 2022 it will demonstrate advanced solutions for the middle and entertainment industry.

In IBC 2022, we can see the platform in action Saas Vos 360 specially designed for live sports streaming (with safe water brand, directed advertising and resolutions up to UHD HDR). In addition, it allows the agile starting of free UHD HDR channels and the deployment of complex emission workflows with total compatibility with the emission, the brand, the statistical multiplexation and the distribution of affiliates in the cloud.

At the Amsterdam Fair, Harmonic will also carry out demonstrations of the New applications for XOS Advanced Media Processor and Spectrum X Advanced Media Server. Among other functions, new sources of income are unlocked with DVB-TA compatibility; EDGE media processing with the new generation of software -based edge devices; DVB-T/T2 signal distribution optimizing the DTT distribution with the new DVB-SIS (unique lighting system). The extended video abilities on IP with NDI for production and emission workflows are also expanded.

Innovative demonstrations with partners

Throughout the IBC2022 fair, Harmonic will also highlight the key collaborations with partners that further reinforce its video and broadcast streaming offer as support for the cloud support of Microsoft Azure and AWS on the VOS360 SAAS platform; New water brand capabilities as a service for live sporting events and live premium content integrated into the VOS360 SAAS platform with antipiratry solutions of Viaccess-Orca and Nogra; Rationalized directed advertising for live broadcast, vod and fast through the integration between the VOS360 SAAS platform and viaccess-organ solutions and Eatative; Delivery of Fast UHD HDR channels on the platform LG Channels; and creation of hybrid channels in the facilities and in the cloud with the VOS360 SAAS of Harmonic and the Spectrum X media servers controlled by the Astra MCR of AVECO and automation Sgt veda.
