Audinate potencia al máximo el ecosistema Dante AV en IBC 2022: Dante AV-Ultra, AV-H…
The Dante AV professional IP video ecosystem Audinate continues to grow with a significant number of new developments, such as Dante AV-Ultra and Dante AV-H, and improvements to Dante Studio.
IBC 2022 marks the global debut of a significant number of solutions that Audinate has thoughtfully designed to help Dante AV continue to establish itself as a reference in the IP video ecosystem.
In this regard, the company has relaunched Dante AV Ultra, formerly known as the original Dante AV. This system, defined as the “highest performance” solution in the Dante AV family, is designed for applications that require the lowest latency and a fully synchronized audio and video, as well as the enlargement of images and the contribution to dissemination. On the other hand, Audinate has launched at IBC 2022 Dante AV-H, a software solution designed to provide equipment manufacturers the ability to incorporate Dante control into Dante-based IP video product designs. existing H.26x. Dante AV-H provides IT-grade management to IP video products such as PTZ cameras, encoders and decoders using Dante Domain Manager. It also integrates the industrial standard Dante Audio in the products AV over IP, giving users the ability to independently route audio and video to where needed using the popular Dante Controller software.
These launches are accompanied by industry support. Currently, as confirmed by Audinate, the brand has 26 OEMs licensed and in the process of developing and delivering video-enabled products to end users. One of the last manufacturers of original designs, Cypress Technology, will launch extenders with Dante AV Ultra in late 2022, offering a turnkey solution Class leader for Pro AV manufacturers and integrators.
All products in the Dante AV family, interoperable with more than 3,500 Dante products on the market, use a single application to manage both audio and video, for greater visibility and ease of use. With IT-level security and monitoring via Dante Domain Manager, the Dante AV family eliminates AV-over-IP complexity for both manufacturers and end users.
New tools for Dante Studio
Beyond the relaunch of Dante AV Ultra and the new Dante AV-H, Audinate has included new tools in Dante Studio, an application within the Dante AV ecosystem that integrates PC applications with AV over IP.
The new Dante Video TX allows you to create a Dante video stream directly from your PC by capturing the Windows screen output. With Video TX, users can share the entire PC screen to the network as a Dante AV stream. The second major release for Dante Studio is Dante Video Viewer, a standalone application for monitoring video signals from Dante AV network products. With this tool, users can monitor Dante AV signals without the need for a dedicated video application. Additionally, Video Viewer can be used to display a full screen video stream on a PC computer, turning it into a Dante AV receiver.
Both tools will coexist with Dante Video RX, which allows Windows PCs to easily receive video from any Dante AV-enabled source. Dante Video RX and TX supports 1080p resolution, 60 frames per second, and system synchronization along with separate routing of video and audio elements. The tools will soon support 4K video and will easily adapt to Dante-based environments operating on standard 1 Gb Ethernet infrastructures.
Another recent improvement is version 1.4 of Dante Domain Manager, which provides support Dante Video for this application dedicated to user and role authentication.
