PTZ, multi-camera environments and XR, axes of Canon's presence at ISE 2023

Canon Europa will return to ISE 2023 (January 31 – February 3, Fira de Barcelona) to demonstrate how its PTZ, extended reality solutions and multi-camera setups can be integrated into the corporate and educational sectors.

In ISE 2023, Canon will demonstrate how its PTZ cameras can be integrated to allow variety of new use cases in higher education and corporate environments. Specifically, in an area dedicated to automated learning, the cameras PTZ enabled with auto tracking software will show how you can record and broadcast university lectures without operator intervention to easily capture immersive content. In light of the recent rise in video conferencing in the corporate space, Canon will also show how its PTZ cameras can work alongside ceiling microphones Sennheiser so that meetings are “as fluid and autonomous as possible.”

Similarly, for corporate content creation, Canon will showcase creative solutions that suit a wide range of production scenarios with its customizable multi-camera setup. In this area, the firm will show a wide variety of cameras in action (from large format cinema cameras to PTZ cameras with remote control), for flexible configurations that meet the needs of end users. This section will also show how the range mirrorless from Canon can be used for corporate use with cutting-edge products, such as the recently launched EOS R6 Mark II.

Finally, in order to show its versatility in XR environments, Canon will join forces with INFiLED to demonstrate how their PTZ cameras with built-in FreeD protocol can interact with the virtual scenes of an LED wall. Visitors will also be able to immerse themselves in a variety of VR content captured with the Canon EOS R5, the EOS R5 C and the goal RF 5,2 mm f/2,8L Dual Fisheye.
