Carla Simón triumphs again at the Gaudí Awards

The Academy of the Catalan Cinema has awarded the Gaudí Premis to the best film productions of 2022 in 26 categories, in addition to the recognition of the Gaudí Premi d'Honor - Miquel Porter given to the chronicler and popularizer Jaume Figueras.

The delivery of the 15th edition held that Sunday at the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya brought together the film industry with the very vivid memory of the director and screenwriter Agustí Villaronga who had died just a few hours before. The great winner of the night, Carla Simon, had a memory for Villaronga as soon as he stepped on the red carpet, stating that it is "very poetic that Agustí has ​​died just today, the day we are celebrating Catalan cinema, when we can all get together to remember him."

In the interpretive record, Pol López y Vicky Luengo, headliners Suro, have won the awards for best leading actor and actress.
