Eduardo Galdo will lead Secuoya Studios Stories

The group's new area of ​​long-term fiction productions Secuoya will be led by the renowned Granada producer Eduardo Galdo (Wounds, Myrtle…). Secuoya Studios Stories will develop its own projects and adaptations of IPs of great international success.

Raúl Berdones, executive president of Secuoya, recognizes that "Eduardo Galdo's experience in the design, creation and production of long-running Fiction content is undeniable, with thousands of chapters of some of the longest-running national productions in the history of Spanish television. Long-time screenwriters

The projects tackled by this creative department, which will have scriptwriters with long professional careers, such as Lele Portas (Wounds, They are me-Gloria Trevi), will be characterized by the quality of their narrative and their high production standards, with a wealth of outdoor locations and natural settings where great stories can be developed, capable of traveling around the world, attracting platforms, pay channels or generalists, and conquering the audience most loyal to the genre and, also, the new generations.

Galdo and his team will also explore, in the medium term, other markets where long-strip fiction formats They have great public acceptance, like Latin America. Among other lines of action of Secuoya Studios Stories, is the intention to choose the rights to literary works to make its audiovisual adaptation; analyze the original projects of independent scriptwriters with the aim of launching the project jointly or after acquiring the IP, as well as addressing other successful formats in streaming such as the biopic, as well as creating in-house stories with a team of scriptwriters from Secuoya Studios Stories.

Galdo joins the studio's creative team, formed by David Martinez y Pablo Barrera (Fiction), Eduardo Escorial (Unscripted) y Eduardo Campoy (Cine).

Agreement with Ay Yapim

Eduardo Galdo will now be in charge of Secuoya Studios' first collaboration agreement with the factory Ay Yapım, a leader in Turkish audiovisual production, to develop adaptations of the production company's greatest international hits fundada por Kerem Çatay en 2005.
