Sony develops open source statistics exporter SRT Prometheus Exporter

Una de las ventajas de código SRT es que considera la pérdida de paquetes, el jitter y las fluctuaciones del ancho de banda, al tiempo que mantiene la integridad y calidad de las secuencias de vídeo y las transmite de forma segura a través de cortafuegos.

La contribución de código abierto de Sony a la biblioteca SRT proporcionará a los desarrolladores una forma fácil y clara de supervisar y analizar el rendimiento of all their SRT-enabled products, alerting them of any changes in the performance of their flows. Users with this new statistics exporter implemented on their SRT devices will have the ability to track when and where any packet loss occurred during the workflow and allows them to easily locate and fix any issues at the source.

Since making SRT open source in 2017, Haivision has welcomed pioneers like Sony to contribute to the SRT protocol library, sharing their innovations with the entire SRT community.
