Pixera improves its media servers to adapt them to virtual reality flows on sets

Pixera It is presented as a first solution for users to immerse themselves in the world of professional media servers and projection mapping. The learning curve of your graphical user interface (GUI) has been designed with the objective that industry professionals can gradually discover the options and features of the system. Pixera offers “complete flexibility” to work with up to 200 formats, including H.264, H.265, HEVC, MPEG-2, HAP, HAP-Q and NOTH-LC; can work in real time with uncompressed files with resolutions higher than 8K, and its workflow facilitates the integration of new projects, says SeeSound.

Likewise, highly demanding productions, such as virtual reality sets, can also be managed by Pixera, since the system allows manipulating and rendering a space created in Unreal Engine, tratándolo con la facilidad como si fuera un contenido como cualquier otro. La solución se encargará de renderizar en vivo la perspectiva del contenido según los parámetros añadidos o el sistema de “tracking” elegido.
