'Operación Triunfo' returns to television with Prime Video

The twelfth edition of the successful format of Gestmusic Operation Triumph will be broadcast exclusively in Spain and Latin America at the end of this year, becoming the first live broadcast program on Prime Video in Spain.

Operation Triumph It premiered in 2001, becoming a national phenomenon, with the final of its first edition still being the most watched moment in the history of a television program in Spain.

“The fans of Operation Triumph have enjoyed this format, which has filled the hearts of millions of viewers with joy, for more than 22 years. “We are delighted that the program is returning not only in Spain, but also in Latin America, and making history with the first weekly content that will be broadcast live on Prime Video in Spain,” he says. James Farrell, vice president of local original content at Prime Video. “Prime Video has extensive experience in broadcasting live shows already enjoyed by millions of Prime subscribers, and we are confident that we are going to create a show that our customers won't want to miss.”
