Vizrt appoints Marco Kraak as general director of Canal Global

Vizrt has appointed Marco Kraak as CEO of Global Channel with the mission of driving growth of the channel business, enabling partners to sell the entire Vizrt portfolio and unlock new customer segments for them.

“The merger earlier this year under the Vizrt brand has opened up a huge portfolio of products and solutions for partners, giving them the opportunity to grow their own businesses and provide greater value to the end customer,” he says. Kraak has more than 25 years of executive experience in partner go-to-market strategy and growing both indirect and direct sales. He held several international management positions at Cisco developing its channel business in various areas, including the recurring software business. He recently joined from SUSE, where he led channel competencies for APAC, EMEA and China, as well as the development of its global channel, introducing new initiatives and key channel growth strategies.
