The creation of the payment service is subject to the negotiation of definitive agreements between the parties.

The offer, whose launch is planned for fall 2024, would be made directly available to consumers through a new application. Subscribers would also have the possibility of combining the product with Disney+, Hulu and/or Max.

The platform will aggregate content to offer fans a broad and dynamic lineup of sports content, with the goal of providing a new and differentiated experience to serve sports fans, particularly those outside the traditional pay-TV package.
