New virtual and advanced production courses from the Galician Audiovisual Cluster
He Galician Audiovisual Cluster organizes two new editions of its courses “Advanced production for producers” and “Virtual production” calling for 30 places for each course.
The course “Advanced production for producers. Technical, economic and legal tools for the direction and coordination of production in film and television” is aimed at production professionals with an interest in deepen and specialize in the areas of production management, production coordination and cost control. With a modular nature, the training approaches in depth and detail, following the parameters of the current market, to each of the key elements for the complete development of a production: financing of the work and relationship with business accounting; design and preparation of budgets according to the conditions of the project; cost control, accounting and production cashflow; audiovisual legality; preparation, monitoring and justification of public aid; and technical image and sound requirements relevant to deliveries and determining the production workflow.
The duration of the course is 60 hours, which will be taught online, from April 3 to 27, on Wednesday 3 and Thursday 4 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Fridays from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The registration request can be made in this form or in the mail formacion@clag.es.
On the other hand, "Virtual production. Unreal Engine y Aximmetry in virtual set environments" is aimed at those who seek to take the step to generating virtual content in real time and working on virtual sets. Throughout the course, a theoretical-practical tour of the main characteristics of Unreal Engine will be taken to produce visual content in real time, both natively and in one of the main broadcast software, Aximmetry: the visual aspects of the tool will be discussed in depth and an introduction to visual scripting with Blueprints for the creation of interactivities will be made.
This course lasts 60 hours, which will be taught online from May 3 to 26, on Fridays from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The registration request can be made in this form or at formacion@clag.es.
These training actions are promoted by the Council of Galicia, through the Department of Employment Promotion and Equality, and are financed by this department, by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, and by the Next Generation Funds of the European Union. The professional courses are aimed at active workers, unemployed people registered as job seekers or self-employed workers. He Registration application period is open until March 12.
